As a Managing Consultant, Industrial Practice for Korn Ferry’s Professional Search Team in North America, Mr. McLintock manages search projects in the aerospace, defense, government services, space, and technology sectors.
His role specializations include General Management; Go-To-Market; technology services; infrastructure; and security leadership. He has supported public, PE- and VC-backed, and emerging private companies.
Mr. McLintock joined Korn Ferry from a boutique search firm specializing in technology and product roles. His prior search work at another global search firm focused on b2b SaaS, cloud / managed / professional services, and telecom.
Outside of executive search, he worked at Goldman Sachs in a sales and advisory role; and was a Director at BlackArch Partners, a mid-market investment bank, where he led Private Company Advisory.
During his Navy career, Mr. McLintock was a Naval Aviator and E-2C Hawkeye pilot and Landing Signals Officer in VAW-117 at Point Mugu, CA. He then served at the Navy International Programs Office in Washington, DC, where he led Foreign Military Sales projects for Jordan, Kazakhstan, Oman, Pakistan, and Uzbekistan with US Embassy Security Assistance Offices, Department of State, Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy, Program Offices, and defense contractors.
Mr. McLintock earned his bachelor’s in Engineering Science with a minor in Economics from Vanderbilt University, and his master’s in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. He is an officer in the Navy Reserves and active in the Civil Air Patrol.
