In Life Sciences, he partners with global biopharma, biotech, medical technology and healthcare organisations navigating growth, transformation, innovation and leadership change. His broader experience spans financial services, consumer goods, retail and industrials.
His work helps organisations accelerate growth, strengthen enterprise leadership, break down siloes, improve decision-making and accountability, build stronger succession pipelines, and mobilise leaders around strategic change.

He is a two-time TEDx speaker, holds an engineering degree and an MBA in Strategy. Prior to Korn Ferry, Aditya worked in strategy and technology consulting with a global professional services firm.
