Ms. Cansier's focus of activity relates to job evaluation, elaboration and implementation of job family models, and development and communication of reward systems, including performance management and organizational concepts. She also has a lot of experiences in identifying organizational problems and elaborating optimizing strategies.
Ms. Cansier holds a degree in mathematics and economics and earned her doctorate in economics. Her habilitation lies in business administrations. She is member of the department of economics at the University of Tubingen.
