He has extensive project experience in the areas of Organization Design, Job Evaluation & Banding/Levelling framework, Job & Career Architecture, and HR Transformations. He is a practitioner of the Korn Ferry Hay Guide Chart Profile Method for job evaluations.

Additionally, he has project experience in transformative change management and learning during ERP & digital transformations, Shared Services transitions and M&A integrations.

He has worked closely with senior leaders, program directors and functional heads to deliver business outcomes across diverse organizational imperatives.

Akshat has worked in multi-cultural teams across US, Middle East, India, S.E. Asia (Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines), ANZ, China, Japan and Latin America.

Key engagements include:

• Job Evaluation for clients in Auto OEMs, Airline industry, Manufacturing sector (Pharma, Petro- Chemical. Agri-Chemical, industrial products), BFSI sector and capability centres (GCCs).
• Organization & Operating Model Design for clients in auto industry, ports & logistics, consumer products, shared services.
• HR Transformation projects (Digital HR implementations, HR Process Design, shared services transition) across different sectors.
• Talent Assessments for the purpose of development and succession planning.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Akshat was part of the Talent & Organization consulting practice at a leading Technology & Management Consulting firm where he delivered end-to-end organization effectiveness initiatives for clients.

Akshat holds an Engineering degree from Delhi Technological University and MBA in International Business from IIFT, Delhi.
