




Alex Mao is a Senior Client Director at Korn Ferry, based in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Mr. Mao leads a team of client managers for account management and business development activities for KF Digital business in North America.
Mr. Mao equips his clients with powerful and intuitive online HR tools to gain valuable insight into their people, pay and employee effectiveness.
Mr. Mao works across most areas of Reward Information Services - supporting clients on designing of compensation & benefits policy, delivering job evaluation and grading projects, maintaining client relationships, etc. Several of Mr. Mao’s current clients include AB-InBev, Kimberly-Clarks, Amazon, Caterpillar, McCormick, Kraft-Heinz, Griffith Foods, United Nations.
Mr. Mao also has deep knowledge of the Asia-Pacific and North America regions in terms of human resource management prevalence and practices in different industries.
Mr. Mao joined the Korn Ferry US team in November 2015, before that he had worked in the firm’s Shanghai office for 5 years.
Mr. Mao majored in English Language from Shanghai International Studies University and is also a Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Computer Science and Technology.
