Specializing in professional search for the hospitality, leisure, and travel industry, including companies in the luxury hotel, food & beverage, gaming, cruise, lodging, country club, wellness, events management and travel technology sectors.

Alexa’s unique experiences give her the knowledge and understanding of her clients’ needs. Alexa not only has a track record of placing at world-class organizations, but also is able to identify entrepreneurial and high-potential talent that are an integral part of today’s evolving business environment.

Prior to joining the Korn Ferry, Alexa served as Head of Talent Acquisition for a small Dutch boutique recruitment agency based out of Atlanta. Prior to moving into recruitment Alexa worked in a world-renowned boutique hotel company, based in London, she held numerous operational roles including Front of House Manager.

Alexa also provides coverage for her clients to access Korn Ferry’s talent advisory and talent acquisition offerings. These capabilities include executive coaching, compensation advisory, leadership assessment, succession planning, board services, and rewards & benefits.

Alexa holds a Bachelor of Business in Hospitality from the Hotelschool The Hague. She is bilingual in English and Dutch.
