Alexander is a Senior Client Partner, leading the Total Rewards practice in Germany.
Alexander helps clients address their total rewards challenges across the employee lifecycle, operating at functional, executive and board level. He is passionate about partnering with organizations to evolve beyond traditional compensation and benefits solutions and develop integrated total rewards strategies that drive business performance and enhance the employee experience.
He brings over 20 years of international experience in professional services. Most recently, he founded an advisory platform focused on helping entrepreneurs unlock performance through people. Prior to this, he held leadership roles within a leading HR consulting firm's Talent & Rewards practice, a boutique venture capital firm, a Big Four firm's Strategy & Transactions practice, and a startup.
Educated in the UK, Canada, Germany, Spain and the US, Alexander holds a DBA, MSc, Global Executive MBA, and BA (Hons) in International Business.
