Senior Client Partner
Alex Ghashghai is a seasoned advisor to both private investment firms and industrial companies on matters relating to talent acquisition, succession, and development. She is a member of Korn Ferry’s Private Equity and Industrial teams, based in the London office.
Alex has over twenty years of professional services experience across search, banking and consulting. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she co-led the Private Equity practice at another global search firm and was a core member of the European Industrials practice.
Alex was previously an M&A banker at Citigroup, in London and New York, focused on the industrials and alternative energy sectors. Her early career was with Ernst & Young management consulting, focusing on the TMT sector in the US.
Alex spends the majority of her time with the private investment community in London, creating connectivity across the globe, enabling clients to develop the best internal people organisations as they evolve. She also supports clients across their portfolio businesses and with new acquisition opportunities they encounter. Alex is equally focused on the infrastructure and industrial sector, where she has been supporting these clients in various guises over the last 18 years. Her international background enables her to be particularly focused on the global issues that are present for all her clients today.
Alex has an undergraduate degree in Economics and an MBA from University of California Los Angeles, and most recently graduated from the Senior Executive Programme at London Business School. She speaks English, Farsi, and French.
