Mr. Jansen Birch brings 15 years of talent management consulting experience to his work with clients, specialised in executive assessment and development.
He has held consulting positions with both local and global organisations, working across the talent management lifecycle. Particular areas of interest and expertise include: leadership assessment and development, succession, high potential identification, personal resilience and psychological well-being.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry in 2017, Mr. Jansen Birch was a consultant with Right Management where he led the design and delivery of assessment projects. Before this, he was an associate director with Ipsos MORI leading large scale employee research projects.
His cross-industry experience includes leading projects and working with executives from leading organisations in the financial services, legal, energy, pharmaceuticals, and retail sectors.
Mr. Jansen Birch is a Chartered Psychologist and Registered Practitioner Psychologist. He holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths College, University of London and a BSc in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London.
He is a Registered Test User with the British Psychological Society and trained in the use of a wide range of psychometric products in his consulting and assessment work. He is trained in the full range of Korn Ferry's core assessment tools and methodologies.
