Alina works at the intersection of strategy and culture to help leaders bring people along in making change happen.

Alina has +15 years’ experience working with large corporations and fast-growing scale-ups at C-level across finance, tech, FMCG, energy and industry.

Alina’s range of expertise includes culture transformation, CEO succession, digital transformation, M&A and divestments and change and crisis communications among others. She takes an inter-disciplinary approach to helping clients navigate complexity, evolve their culture and create deeper stakeholder engagement. 

Previously she worked as Chief Storyteller for JP Morgan, co-leading the design and activation of a culture evolution programme across a global organisation of 8000 staff.

She also led a boutique consulting firm in London, advising clients on stakeholder engagement strategies including high-profile campaigns and thought leadership.

She is creator & host of the Flip the Script podcast, which draws on cutting-edge science and practice to challenge conventional wisdom about workplace culture.

Alina has a Postgraduate Diploma (Distinction) in Global Business from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations at the Universities of Bologna and Bucharest. She was also awarded a Certificate in Foundations of Counselling by CCPE London.
