Alison brings to her clients a unique blend of real-world, global senior executive business experience combined with extensive academic research and credentialed training. Through the application of her research, Alison is also considered a pioneering practitioner in workplace curiosity. Her dynamic background enables Alison to infuse both provocative thought partnership and pragmatism into her approach. In this way, she co-creates transformational partnerships with clients to address critical executive leadership and team development agendas to advance their respective organizations and strategic priorities.

Alison’s first part of her career was at the forefront of emerging technology building global, next generation businesses from the ground floor for multi-billion entities such as Dolby Laboratories, Walmart, NBC Universal, Liberty Media, and Omnicom. Through her consulting practice and as Director of Client Development for USC Marshall Business School Executive Education, Alison worked with senior executives across various industries focused on vision leadership, high potential leader readiness, executive presence and influence, and change management. Alison also became known for her ability to develop effective cross-generational teams and to help teams enable customer-centricity and innovation tied to measurable business outcomes.

Alison has a PhD & MS from Saybrook University College of Integrative Medicine & Health Sciences and served as the inaugural Research Fellow appointed to USC Annenberg Center for Third Space Thinking -- the innovative center of excellence for the #1 Communications university in the United States. Her work is published in various peer-reviewed journals and international and domestic business publications. Alison also has an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and serves as adjunct faculty for USC Marshall Executive Education. She is a former board member of the International Coaching Federation Los Angeles and an affiliate of the Institute of Coaching McLean /Harvard Medical School. She is a certified coach, certified in various psychometric assessments, and a registered yoga teacher.
