Alison delivers customized and integrated leadership and professional development solutions and executive coaching services to Korn Ferry clients.

Alison brings to her clients a unique blend of extensive senior executive-level strategy and business development experience combined with deep evidence-based research and training. Through the application of her research, Alison is also considered a pioneering practitioner in the area of workplace curiosity. Her dynamic background enables Alison to infuse both a humanistic and real-world, pragmatic approach into leadership development program design and delivery, integrate highly contextualized learning interventions, and align her executive coaching for optimal feedback and impact. In this way, she co-creates meaningful and transformational partnerships with clients to address critical executive leadership and team development agendas to advance their respective organizations and strategic imperatives.

Previously at the forefront of emerging technology and media, Alison built global, next generation businesses from the ground floor for multi-billion entities such as Dolby Laboratories, Walmart, NBC Universal, Liberty Media, and Omnicom.

Through her own executive development consultancy and her position as Director of Client Development for USC Marshall Business School Executive Education, Alison worked with senior executives across Technology, Media, Healthcare and Financial Services typically focused on vision leadership, change management, accelerating transformation, and multi-faceted agility. Alison also became known for her ability to align and develop cross-generational teams focused on effective team dynamics, innovation, and customer-centricity directly correlated to measurable business outcomes.

Alison has a PhD & MS from Saybrook University College of Integrative Medicine & Health Sciences and served as the inaugural Research Fellow appointed to USC Annenberg Center for Third Space Thinking -- the educational innovation center of the #1 Communications university in the United States. Her work is in various peer-reviewed journals and international and domestic business publications. Alison also has an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and serves as adjunct faculty for USC Marshall Executive Education. She is a former board member of the International Coaching Federation Los Angeles and an affiliate of the Institute of Coaching McLean Hospital/Harvard Medical School. She is a certified coach, certified in various psychometric assessments, and a registered yoga teacher.
