Her broad experience spans industries such as healthcare, technology, industrial, consumer, and life sciences, where she developed a strong reputation for leading end-to-end talent solutions and managing complex, cross-functional teams. Amanda's deep expertise in talent management and strategy has positioned her as a trusted leader to senior leadership across multiple sectors.

Amanda holds a degree in Psychology and a Postgraduate qualification in People Management. Fluent in both Portuguese and English.
