Amber Galusha- Patel is a Managing Consultant at Korn Ferry in Chicago, specializing in building world-class sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Amber worked in higher education and EdTech where she held positions at renowned institutions, including Georgia Tech, University of Miami, and Northwestern University, developing a unique perspective on leadership development and talent acquisition. Her global experiences, including Semester at Sea voyages, further enhance her ability to connect with diverse leaders.

Amber holds a B.S. in Secondary Education and an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Florida International University. Outside of Korn Ferry, she is passionate about mentoring first-generation college students and enjoys hiking with her dog, exploring new countries, scuba diving and experiencing Chicago's vibrant theater scene.
