With more than 21 years of executive search and talent advisory experience, Ambika has successfully led leadership mandates across Fortune 500 organizations, high-growth startups, digital-native companies, and private equity-backed businesses. Her expertise spans C-suite, board advisory, and senior functional leadership appointments across technology, SaaS, AI, digital, consulting, and FinTech organizations. She is recognized for combining deep market intelligence with a consultative approach, enabling clients to make informed leadership decisions in highly competitive talent markets.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ambika held leadership roles in executive search, where she built and scaled technology leadership practices while partnering with organizations through periods of growth, digital transformation, and organizational change. She has successfully delivered mandates across product engineering, cloud, data and AI, cybersecurity, enterprise software, consulting, and Global Capability Centers, working closely with founders, boards, private equity investors, and executive leadership teams.
