Amy is a Vice President, Market Development & Ops RPO, ANZ, based remotely in Albury, NSW.

By leveraging Korn Ferry’s incredible IP and global businesses, my focus is bringing the best innovation to clients and amplifying KF’s brand in the ANZ RPO market. 

I have lived and worked in China, Singapore and the USA, leading recruiting teams in start-ups through to large multi-national organisations, across industries including Tech, Pharma, Managed Services and Childcare.

Most recently I led Global Recruiting at Canva and prior to that I held leadership positions within TA at LinkedIn. I have experience in broader HR, including Talent Development, M&A, HR Tech Implementation, Contingent Workforce & Program Management.

I am on the Board of the Scots School Albury and was previously an Industry Board Member and Advisor for the Swinburne University Workforce initiative, where I am an alumni, completing a BA – Media & Communications.
