Ms. De la Piedra expertise sits in Organizational Strategy, Assessment and Succession. She specializes in business transformation, Organization Diagnostics, Operating Model and Organizational Structures, Roles and Accountabilities, Talent Management initiatives, Executive Assessments and Coaching. She has also participated in Culture and Rewards projects.

She works with assessment tools such as: KFALP, KF360, Hogan, Talent Q, Styles and Climate. Also, she is certified on the behavioral event interviewing technique.
Ms. De la Piedra recently graduated from Accomplishment Coaching and completed 216 hours of training as an ontological coach, which is a certified program by the ICF.
She holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from TEC University in Mexico city.
