Previously, she spent several years in Internal Recruiting, most recently in Executive Recruiting at Nationwide Insurance.

Prior to that pivot, Ani spent nearly 8 years at a national search firm serving in a variety of leadership roles including National Practice Leader, CPG and Managing Director for their Retained Executive Search division.

Intensively focused within the Food & Beverage Consumer Packaged Goods industry, Ani offers extensive experience within Commercial Functions, General Management, as well as Supply Chain, Sustainability & ESG.

In addition to bringing considerable business development and 360 recruitment experience, Ani has a passion for community work having spent several years in non-profit fundraising and development. This passion has been an asset when working with sustainability minded clients and B-Corps.

Early career, Ani spent 4 years as a Division Director at Robert Half International.

She resides in Columbus, Ohio and is a graduate of Denison University. She holds a degree in Socio-Cultural Studies and Service Learning.
