Andrea focuses on assessment & succession management and leadership development.

She possesses over 20 years of experience in both corporate senior HR roles and management consulting: she brings deep and broad experience in HR roles (in Medtech and Professional Services) and an outstanding track record in Leadership and Talent Consulting. In consulting, Andrea focuses on assessment and development of c-suite executives and senior leaders. One of her core practice areas is the design and implementation of succession management programs.

Before joining Korn Ferry in Zurich, Andrea worked as Client Partner for a boutique consultancy based in Zurich with international reach, concentrating on bespoke human capital solutions (assessment, development & coaching, talent management).

Throughout her career in management consulting, she provided strategic support to boards, executive leaders, and HR directors.

Andrea works across all industry verticals and with a focus on Life Sciences (MedTech and Pharma), Financial / Professional Services / Private Equity and Industrial. She also consults clients in the public sector. 

She holds a master’s degree in Organizational / Work Psychology from the University of Zurich, in combination with Economics, and Information Science. Additionally, Andrea has completed several advanced training programs in people / organizational development and Executive Coaching. Furthermore, Andrea acquired the Hogan accreditation and multiple KF certifications (e.g. KF Styles & Climate, KF360, KF Leadership Solutions, Emotional & Social competency Inventory, KF Potential).

She is fluent in German and English and has a good understanding of French.
