With over 25 years in applying human capital consulting expertise in various senior-level roles; she has served clients across many industries, including aerospace and defense, oil and gas, utilities, consumer, professional services, life sciences, health care, and technology.
In addition to Andrea’s broad human capital strategy role, she also serves as Korn Ferry's Global ESG & Sustainability practice leader, working closely with Boards, CEOs and other business leaders to design and implement action plans to achieve and show progress on environmental and social impact goals.
Andrea has spoken at numerous conferences and published various articles about the changing nature of work, overall attraction, retention, and engagement of the global workforce, and sustainability and inclusion.
Andrea holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics from Allegheny College in Meadville, Pennsylvania, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
