Senior Director, Client Analytics, Korn Ferry Institute

Andrea Deege has over twenty years of experience in leadership and talent consulting.

As the leader of the Korn Ferry Institute Client Analytics team, Ms. Deege oversees the scoping, resourcing, and execution of talent analytics that support numerous client engagements from a variety of industries and geographies across Korn Ferry.​ Additionally, she works to leverage core intellectual property in relevant and practical ways in client-facing analytics work.

Ms. Deege also focuses on continuous improvement and process enhancements that enable scalable practices and more efficient analytics workflows.​

Previously, Ms. Deege was Director, Intellectual Property Development in KFI. In that role, she focused on the creation, enhancement, and refreshment of Korn Ferry’s core intellectual property, including simulation-based readiness assessments and other psychometric-based reporting and technical documentation. She partnered with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders to design and develop offerings that ensured effective leadership and talent management. She was involved in every stage of production, from ideation to delivery, building the bridge between science and pragmatic application.

Prior to joining the Korn Ferry Institute in 2016, Ms. Deege worked in Korn Ferry talent advisory, providing client-facing support and expertise in a wide range of areas related to organizational psychology and talent development, including integrated psychometric test report writing, and programmatic leadership development.  Ms. Deege also led and served on teams which provided custom instructional design services for leadership programs, covering a wide range of skill domains.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Deege was a senior instructional designer at PDI Ninth House. Her professional history includes serving as a senior consultant,  Carlson Marketing Group; learning consultant, Dove Consulting; and research analyst, Dove Consulting.

Ms. Deege earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology, with a minor in anthropology from The College of William and Mary in Virginia. She obtained a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University.

She is an associate member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
