Currently the lead for the Firm's Instructional Design Center of Excellence, Ms. Deege has more than sixteen years' experience in designing leadership development solutions including customized, simulation-based, high-potential development programs and interactive, application-based workshops. She has worked with clients in the basic materials, communications, consumer goods and materials, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, industrial goods and services, and retail industries.
As a designer, Ms. Deege combines her sense of humor and strong interpersonal skills with an extensive knowledge of leadership development to build trusting relationships with learners. She works with learner populations ranging from front-line managers to business unit leaders.
Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Deege was a senior instructional designer at PDI Ninth House. Her professional history includes serving as a senior consultant, Carlson Custom Learning, Carlson Marketing Group; learning consultant, Learning Solutions Group, Dove Consulting; and research analyst, Leadership Development Practice, Dove Consulting.
She is a member of the American Society for Training and Development.
Ms. Deege earned her bachelor's degree in psychology, with a minor in anthropology from The College of William and Mary in Virginia. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in industrial/organizational psychology.
