Andrew R. Frahm

As a key member of Korn Ferry’s Healthcare leadership team, Andrew plays a central role in shaping delivery strategy, driving operational excellence, and helping healthcare organizations address complex workforce and talent challenges. Drawing on deep industry expertise, he partners with health systems and hospitals to design and implement innovative recruitment and talent acquisition strategies that strengthen workforce performance, improve efficiency, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Andrew is passionate about building high-performing, scalable operations grounded in disciplined execution, continuous improvement, and an exceptional client and candidate experience. His expertise spans strategic partnership development, organizational and process design, operational optimization, infrastructure analysis, cost management, and customer experience.

A strategic and pragmatic leader, he is known for translating complex workforce challenges and long-term vision into actionable solutions that improve talent outcomes, optimize performance, and support sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Andrew served as Senior Director of Solutions & Product Innovation at Cielo Healthcare, where he helped support the growth and evolution of the organization’s largest sector. He previously served as Director of Operations, overseeing recruitment operations across North America. During his tenure, the organization supported more than 55,000 hires annually and earned recognition from HRO Today as the number one healthcare RPO provider for 10 consecutive years.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters and exploring new local restaurants.
