Before joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Frahm held the position of Senior Director of Solutions & Product Innovation at Cielo Healthcare, where he played a crucial role in supporting the growth of Cielo's largest sector. Prior to that, he served as the Director of Operations, overseeing recruitment operations in North America. During this time, the team successfully executed over 55,000 hires annually, earning recognition from HRO Today as the number one healthcare RPO provider for ten consecutive years.

Mr. Frahm's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. Beyond his professional achievements, he finds solace and fulfillment in his role as a husband and father of three daughters.
