His expertise spans workforce strategy, organizational transformation, talent delivery, and scalable consulting solutions supporting engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, validation, technology, and business transformation initiatives.
Andrew has a strong track record of helping organizations navigate periods of growth, transformation, and operational change by aligning talent strategies with business objectives.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Andrew held leadership roles within the workforce solutions and consulting industry, where he led national business development initiatives and built high-performing teams supporting enterprise accounts across the Life Sciences, Healthcare, and Technology sectors.
Andrew earned his Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Eastern University and has completed professional certifications in People Analytics, Operations Analytics, Accounting Analytics, and Customer Analytics through Wharton Online.
