Andrew Smith

Throughout his career, Andrew has operated at the intersection of leadership development, talent strategy, and organizational transformation, typically working at the enterprise level to address complex business challenges. His experience spans the full lifecycle of the work – from diagnosing organizational needs and designing development experiences to shaping enterprise capability strategies and architecting integrated solutions.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Andrew held senior leadership roles in leadership development and solutions architecture. As Head of Leadership Development at AIIR Consulting, he built and led the firm’s leadership development practice. He later served as VP of Solutions Architecture, where he partnered with executives to diagnose organizational needs and architect integrated solutions across learning, assessment, coaching, and AI-driven reinforcement.

Andrew has designed and led leadership and capability initiatives for global organizations across industries. His work has included enterprise talent development, high-potential and succession pipelines, manager capability, and culture transformation. He is particularly passionate about starting with the business strategy, then defining the behaviors and capabilities required to execute it.

Andrew began his career as a learning and behavior-change practitioner, giving him a strong foundation in the craft of designing experiences that drive measurable business impact and make change truly stick. Over time, his work expanded from designing interventions to advising organizations on broader leadership and capability strategies and solutions.

Andrew holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida International University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Wake Forest University.
