Angela Henry

Senior Client Partner, Sector Leader, Healthcare

Angela Henry is a Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry. She serves as Health Systems and Academic Sector Leader for the Healthcare Practice of Korn Ferry’s Professional Search business, consulting with Academic Medical Enterprises, Health Systems, and Hospitals across the nation to recruit and retain senior level clinical and non-clinical executives and emerging leaders.

Ms. Henry strives to be an effective communicator, transparent partner, and truly understand searches to seek out diverse candidates that best fit each search.  Her motivation for work comes from a background in clinical experience, medical mission trips, and practice administration which have led her to have first-hand knowledge of what the leadership shortage really means for her client partners.  She takes a relationship driven approach through transparency, consistency, and thought leadership.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Henry was a key member of a national executive search firm specializing in healthcare, where she led senior leadership engagements across the healthcare spectrum.  In addition, she has extensive experience in physician, physician leadership, nursing, and APP recruitment.

Ms. Henry graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a Bachelors’ degree focusing on Business and Mathematics, received a Master’s of Business Administration with a concentration in Statistics from the University of Georgia, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives as well as the 2023 President and Board Member for the American College of Healthcare Executives of Georgia, a local chapter of ACHE. Ms. Henry also serves as the 2026 Chair of Light The Night with Blood Cancer United (formerly Leukemia & Lymphoma Society).
