As a Senior Client Partner working on the firm’s largest accounts, Ms. Castellani delivers executive services such as assessments, leadership development, team effectiveness, and coaching within succession and talent management engagements.

Ms. Castellani’s approach to talent development is underpinned by her experience leading teams, managing a P&L, opening new offices, and launching a new business line. Both as an external consultant and internal business leader, she has honed her ability to integrate insights about people and behavior with an understanding of business issues, strategic imperatives, and organizational culture.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Castellani worked in a boutique executive search firm where she was tasked with building a leadership advisory business from its foundation.

In addition to her consulting experience, Angela brings 10 years of clinical and research experience specializing in communication, conflict, and trust. In her early career, she worked in the Texas federal prison system, an inpatient psychiatric hospital, as well as a top US medical school. Her foundational background and education in clinical psychology enables her to go a step beyond traditional consulting work to help clients deeply understand their people and make informed talent decisions.

Ms. Castellani holds Doctoral and Masters degrees in Clinical Psychology from Texas A&M University. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is certified in the suite of Korn Ferry Assessment Tools, Hogan Assessments, FIRO-B, MBTI, and 16-PF.
