Anna Boyd is a member of the Leadership & Professional Development practice of Korn Ferry. Anna’s specialties include instructional design, facilitation, and coaching.

With over 10 years of leadership development experience, Anna works with leaders to drive their personal growth and performance, helping them to reach their full potential. She also supports clients to drive inclusion and equity within their organizations. As an instructional designer, Anna weaves together her strong understanding of adult learning principles and innovative design approaches to create impactful experiences for learners.

Anna designs both in-person and virtual classroom experiences. She specializes in diversity, equity, and inclusion as well as the full-breadth of leadership development. Ms. Boyd has worked with professionals at all levels from individual contributors, to first time managers, to the C-suite. 

Anna holds an Associate’s degree in Outdoor Leadership, a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Women and Gender Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a Master’s in the Psychology of Leadership from Pennsylvania State University. She has also completed certificate programs in Whole Person Coaching and Adult Learning Theory.

Before arriving at Korn Ferry, Anna ran her own consultancy, working with clients to craft learning solutions that were customized to support their unique needs. She also has a wide variety of professional experience in several different fields, including victim advocacy, experiential education, adventure guiding, non-profit management, and the entertainment industry.
