Managing Consultant

Anna is a Managing Consultant in Korn Ferry’s professional search practice, specialising in retail and consumer markets. She has 25+ years of experience in business management, executive search, advisory, operations, strategy and leadership excellence.

Anna has led new business start-ups as well as advising global multinationals and standalone SME’s on Board, CEO and C-level executive appointments. She has successfully helped entrepreneurs build global consumer and retail brands and worked with private equity owners on business transformation and turnarounds.

Prior to her current role, Anna founded and successfully exited two executive search practices specialising in C-level appointments. She also worked at Australia's largest privately-owned talent partner, where she successfully appointed numerous CEO and C-level mandates for some of Australia’s most successful consumer companies.

In addition to consulting, Anna was the Chief Customer Officer and founding employee at Australia's first online marketplace offering the world’s best assistive lifestyle products to those living with the effects of disability and ageing. In this role she reported to the Chairman and the Board of Directors and led the merchandise, partnerships, eCommerce, sales, marketing, digital and specialist teams as well as all capital-raising activities and technology projects.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Arts from RMIT with first class honors and studies in Psychology at Monash University. She is an accredited coach (IECL), a member of RMIT’s golden key society and has a keen interest in neuroscience and positive psychology.

A mother of two boys, Anna’s personal interests include body building, Vedic meditation, and philosophical studies.
