Ms. Lang solves her clients’ business challenges by addressing their talent management needs. She has deep knowledge and expertise in leadership and organizational development, solution architecture development, and strategic consulting.

Her experience leading clients through large scale transformations, assisting with employee engagement, and supporting employee branding efforts has enabled her clients to maximize their talent and meet business goals.

She works with all levels within organizations, from C-suite to front-line leaders, and has led numerous programs in leadership development, organizational change, career development, and high potential development.

Ms. Lang brings 20 years of experience in talent and product management.

Her areas of expertise include organizational development strategy, design and facilitation of leadership development programs, succession management, integrated talent management strategies, employee engagement, employee experience, and employer branding.

Additionally, Ms. Lang has done extensive work in product development. Her expertise includes virtual classroom development, digital development, learning architecture, and curricula design.

Ms. Lang’s broad global experience extends to a wide number of industries including consumer goods, professional services, finance, energy, and pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Lang has a master’s degree in Communication Studies. She is currently working toward her Ph.D. in communication and rhetorical studies from Duquesne University.  She makes her home between Pittsburgh, PA and the New York City metro area. Ms. Lang holds a variety of Master Trainer certifications in the field of facilitation and speaks regularly at industry conferences.
