She is respected for her coaching approach, her constructive hindsight and ability to give meaning and consistency to transformation situations.
Prior to Korn Ferry, she worked in a leading advisory firm on talent and organization topics, evolving, inter alia, in the insurance and finance industry.
She started her career deciphering impacts of corporate cultures in M&A context.
Anne-Juliette holds a master in management at Grenoble Business School, as well as a “HEC Entrepreneurs” specialized master diploma (Grenoble).
She speaks fluent French and English.
