With two decades of experience in Human Resources, Anthony has navigated situations like those his clients face, enabling him to offer practical and empathetic solutions.

He believes cultural fit is the key element of a successful engagement between consultants and clients.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Anthony was an accomplished HR practitioner with expertise in benefits, compensation, recruiting, software implementation, labor relations, and HR business partnership. His experience spans diverse industries, including insurance, consulting, logistics, service, manufacturing, and private equity. Anthony excels at aligning HR strategies with business objectives to drive growth and enhance organizational effectiveness.

Anthony holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems from Southern Illinois University and an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, providing him with both technical expertise and a robust business perspective. This combination of education and experience allows Anthony to design creative solutions to ensure client success.

Outside of work, Anthony and his family are passionate about traveling and have a goal to visit all 50 states. He also enjoys staying active with hockey, skiing, pickleball, or anything outdoors.
