Antonio connects the people agenda to business strategy, enabling organizational transformation programs that integrate culture, structure, governance and compensation models. He combines technical depth in pay architecture, long-term incentives, profit-sharing and job structures with a sharp read on culture and governance, anchored in the conviction that career architecture without compensation governance is purely cosmetic. He is recognized for translating technical complexity into board-ready decisions, partnering with C-suites, People & Compensation Committees and full boards on the strategic conversations about people, value and accountability.

Antonio brings more than 30 years of high-density experience, built across both global human capital consulting firms and senior executive Human Resources roles in leading Brazilian and multinational companies. His career spans energy, mining, telecom, financial services, services and consumer goods, with global responsibility across LATAM, the Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Antonio holds a Master's in Business Administration from PUC-Rio and an Executive MBA from COPPEAD-UFRJ, with an executive Leadership program from Harvard and executive education in Corporate Governance from IBGC (Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance), complemented by executive programs at leading Brazilian and international business schools. He serves as a guest faculty member in MBA and executive education programs at top-tier Brazilian business schools, and sits on advisory and association boards across third sectors. Throughout his career, he has received multiple industry recognitions in Human Resources across Brazil and Latin America.
