In his role as Practice Director, Antonio is responsible for leading and managing extraordinarily talented Professionals to provide clients with outstanding results. He works with clients in all industries to help them be successful. As an engineer and reliability expert, as well as a former business owner, he helps Patina’s clients by applying his business experiences to create sound solutions. Antonio is most passionate about exceeding Patina’s clients’ expectations.

Before joining Patina, Antonio held several management roles in Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance across 12 industries. Antonio's former positions have been responsible for engineering, reliability, and maintenance. He managed a wide variety of programs, from greenfield builds to capital projects ranging from $2 million to $350 million in value.

Antonio has a BSME and an MBA from the University of Toledo. He is also a U.S. Veteran and Life member of the VFW.
