Her expertise includes profiling for high-risk, high-impact roles, CEO/CXO succession planning, culture building, and agile systems and processes. She has partnered with emerging organizations to build leadership capability and strengthen their growth journeys globally. She also brings significant experience working with large promoter-driven Indian conglomerates, balancing traditional and professional perspectives effectively.
She holds an MBA from Amity University and a B.E. in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
