Senior Client Partner

Arvinder Dhesi is a Senior Client Partner for Korn Ferry based in the Firm’s London office. He is the EMEA lead for Korn Ferry Talent Review within our work on succession management and talent strategy consulting.

Mr. Dhesi brings almost thirty years of corporate and consulting experience in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. Prior to joining the Firm, he led the talent management and organizational alignment practice for another global consulting firm. His expertise is in helping organizations drive performance through the alignment of top teams, leadership behavior, talent processes and organizational culture.

His passion lies in helping businesses identify, appreciate, nurture and mobilize the untapped potential of the vital many employees – especially those individuals whose talents may otherwise be overlooked, undervalued or left on the periphery.

Mr. Dhesi focuses on senior executive succession, top team effectiveness, assessment and development. He is a highly experienced executive coach to up FTSE 100 Group CEO level.  His focus is predominantly in financial services and the consumer sector. However, Mr. Dhesi also has extensive experience of life sciences, manufacturing, technology and telecommunications.

Mr. Dhesi has led strategic reviews of the structure, service delivery and capability of HR functions to ensure that all activities and processes of the function are directly supporting the delivery of strategic goals.

He is a frequent keynote speaker on deriving long- term superior business performance through a focus on talent, leadership and culture.

Mr Dhesi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacology degree from the University of Leeds, in the UK. He has completed executive development programs at IMD (Switzerland) and the Center for Creative Leadership (Colorado Springs, CO).
