Mr. Dhesi brings over twenty years of corporate and consulting experience in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas. Prior to joining the Firm, he led the talent management and organizational alignment practice for another global consulting firm in the UK. His particular expertise is in helping organizations drive performance through the alignment of top teams, leadership behaviour, talent process and organizational culture. He has a passion for helping businesses identify and mobilize the untapped potential of the vast majority of employees.
Mr. Dhesi has led talent, learning, leadership development and OD functions for three multi-national organizations at the national, regional and global level. Most recently, he led a team of over 230 resourcing, learning and OD professionals with responsibility for employer brand, leadership assessment, recruitment, diversity, performance management, engagement, executive succession and the corporate university.
While Group Talent Director at Aviva, Mr. Dhesi deployed the Korn Ferry approach to succession planning, potential assessment and development for over 46,000 employees across 28 countries worldwide.
At Korn Ferry, Mr Dhesi is the EMEA lead for Succession Management and Talent Strategy Consulting.
Mr Dhesi focuses on senior executive assessment and development - for both groups of high potential leaders and intact top teams. He is a highly experienced executive coach to up and including CEO level.
Mr. Dhesi has led strategic reviews of the structure, service delivery and capability of HR functions to ensure that all activities and processes of the function are directly supporting the delivery of strategic goals.
Mr. Dhesi's formative experience is in line leadership roles in retail banking and sales management. He is now a frequent keynote speaker and expert practitioner helping clients derive long-term superior business performance through a focus on talent, leadership and culture.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Leeds, in the UK.
