With over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce solutions, she specializes in building high-performing talent delivery organizations, optimizing workforce capacity, and designing scalable recruitment strategies for complex and niche hiring needs. She is known for combining operational rigor with commercial insight to create efficient, cost-effective solutions that enable clients to achieve their business goals.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Asawari held leadership roles with leading global talent and workforce solutions organizations, managing large-scale recruitment operations, strategic workforce initiatives, and talent delivery across APAC and global markets. Her experience spans technology, engineering, manufacturing, and professional services sectors.
Asawari holds a Master’s degree in Computer Management from S. P. University, Pune, and is passionate about developing high-performing teams and advancing talent strategies that deliver sustainable business impact.
