Ashley Youngs

In her role, Ashley partners closely with clients to build enduring relationships, shape forward-looking talent strategies, and drive measurable outcomes. She leads the design and execution of integrated recruitment models, providing governance across both clinical and non-clinical hiring while ensuring alignment to organizational priorities and long-term workforce planning objectives.

With over a decade of healthcare administration experience, Ashley brings a consultative, insight-driven approach to helping clients navigate complex, event-driven hiring demands. She is known for challenging traditional recruitment models and collaborating with leadership teams to identify opportunities for transformation. Through a “listen to learn” philosophy, she architects scalable recruitment strategies and builds high-performing talent functions that enable sustainable growth.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ashley held senior leadership roles within two of the largest for-profit healthcare systems in the United States, serving as both a Chief Strategy Officer and Director of Physician Recruitment and Business Development. In these capacities, she led large-scale physician recruitment initiatives across major service lines, developed Centers of Excellence across multiple facilities, and executed integrated sales and marketing strategies to support organizational expansion.

Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from the University of Miami (Coral Gables), where she was a member of the women’s volleyball team. She resides in South Florida with her husband, Derek, and their daughter, Sage.
