She has over 15 years of management consulting experience across a wide range of industries and geographies in the Asia Pacific region.

Ms. Beets is passionate about talent development and enjoys working with and helps clients through understanding their business and challenges, and developing and delivering effective solutions.

Ms. Beets’ extensive industry experience includes financial services, professional services, energy, manufacturing, consumer goods, telecommunications, automotive, pharmaceuticals, as well as the public sector.

Ms. Beets is experienced in organisational effectiveness including talent assessment and succession planning, high potential identification, leadership development and coaching, organisation design and reward. She is accredited in a range of psychometric tools.

Previously, Ms. Beets worked as a senior manager for an Asia Pacific based consulting firm, which specialises in leadership, organisational, and team development solutions, where she was responsible for managing the overall operation of the Shanghai office.

Her working experience in Australia, China, USA, and Japan brings in-depth understanding of cross-cultural businesses and contributes to helping organisations solve their leadership and talent challenges.

Ms. Beets holds a Bachelor of Arts from Clark University, USA with Honours in Economics and International Development and Social Change. She speaks English, Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
