Ayana Parsons is a Senior Client Partner in the Consumer practice. She is based in Korn Ferry’s Atlanta office.

As a core member of Korn Ferry’s Marketing Center of Expertise, Ayana places Chief Marketing Officers at consumer-centric companies of all sizes. She helps her clients transform their marketing organizations through a holistic approach that starts with the future of marketing and dovetails into the implications for her clients. Over the years she has worked with companies like Johnson & Johnson, Tyson, Walmart, Caesars Entertainment, Danone, Mastercard and Carnival on marketing engagements spanning both executive search and advisory solutions.

Before embarking on her career in executive talent and leadership, Ayana served as the Global Head of Retail, Consumer Goods, Fashion and Luxury Industries at the World Economic Forum where she led the preeminent global discussions in Davos, Switzerland on all topics related to her respective industries.

With nearly 20 years of experience as both a practitioner and consultant, Ayana’s leverages her international experience, cross-industry background and passion for people to help solve her clients’ most pressing challenges. During her career, Ayana has worked with clients throughout the United States, Europe, Asia and Latin America. A classically trained marketer, Ayana’s early career spanned regional and global brand marketing roles at several of the world’s most admired companies including Philips, Pfizer, Kimberly-Clark and Procter & Gamble.

Ayana attended Oral Roberts University on a division I basketball scholarship, completing her studies at Florida A&M University where she holds a master’s degree in business administration. Ayana is based in Atlanta, where she is actively involved in the local community. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, attending sporting events, traveling and spending quality time with her husband and two young daughters.
