As a core member of Korn Ferry’s global consumer practice, Ayana places board members, CEOs, presidents and chief marketing officers at consumer-facing companies of all sizes. With nearly 20 years of experience as both a practitioner and consultant, Ayana leverages her expertise in international business, executive search, top team effectiveness, succession planning and diversity & inclusion to help solve her clients’ most pressing organizational challenges.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ayana was with another global professional services firm where she placed presidents, CEOs, and CMOs at leading multinational companies and led executive succession and talent pipelining engagements. She also co-founded and co-chaired the firm’s Women’s Inclusion Network, helping highly accomplished women advance from the executive suite to corporate board seats.
Before embarking on her organizational consulting career, Ayana served as the global head of retail, consumer goods and lifestyle industries at the World Economic Forum where she led the preeminent global discussions in Davos, Switzerland on all topics related to her respective industries.
A seasoned industry executive, Ayana’s early career spanned sales, marketing and general management roles at several of the world’s most admired companies including Philips, Pfizer, Kimberly-Clark and Procter & Gamble.
Ayana holds a bachelor’s degree in business management and an MBA in marketing from Florida A&M University.
