Ayin Jambulingam

He supports Boards, CEOs, and C-Suite leaders on high-impact leadership, transformation and change management, board development, and senior-level coaching, to enhance clients’ leadership impact and enterprise effectiveness across Malaysia, APAC, and Europe and the Middle East.

In his most recent roles, Ayin served as Deputy Chief People Officer and VP of Talent Management at Vision Invest, a Middle East infrastructure investment group, where he led the global talent strategy and co-led the HR transformation. He was also the Head of Board Development at the Centre for Governance, a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, where he established and scaled the board evaluation and director development solutions.

Before this, Ayin ran his own global leadership and organisational consulting firm, where he supported C-Suite and Board members in diagnosing and designing solutions to navigate complex organisational, cultural, and behavioural challenges. In the early part of his career, Ayin worked at KPMG Dublin and PwC New York specialising in audits of banks and insurance companies; led internal audits of the global asset management function at Morgan Stanley New York; and was a venture capital investment lead for a London and Geneva-based family office, where he combined business building with a focus on founder potential and organisational culture.

Ayin holds an MBA from IMD International, an MA in Organisational Consulting from the University of East London, and a BSc. Accounting from Queen's University of Belfast. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and holds the UK Institute of Directors’ Certificate in Company Direction. Additionally, he holds several coaching certifications and is also certified in multiple assessment tools and 360° feedback instruments.
