Bel has more than 15 years of experience using data to make sound decisions about talent across various industries. She balances this discipline with an appreciation of each organization’s context to provide practical guidance around development and performance implications.
Prior to Korn Ferry, Bel worked in a similar organization to diagnose, analyze and implement organizational development and succession management strategies. She also served as a regional assessment lead responsible for internal training and ensuring quality standards.
Bel holds two Masteral degrees: Industrial Organizational Psychology from New York University, and Social and Community Psychology from the Ateneo de Manila University.
She is also a Certified Professional Coach in Transformative Coaching from Coach Masters Academy.
