With more than 20 years of experience in industry and consulting, Benedict has partnered with global leaders across industrial, life sciences, and consumer sectors. He supports organizations in their most critical initiatives, focusing on performance improvement, operating model optimization, and digital transformation—always with a clear emphasis on delivering top- and bottom-line results.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Benedict was a Partner at a leading boutique consultancy specializing in a human-centric approach to business transformations. Prior to that, Benedict was a Managing Director at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, where he held several client leadership roles advising clients in the Products industry.
Benedict holds a diploma in Economics from the University of Münster. He has lived and worked internationally, including in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Argentina.
