Ms. Whitaker’s expertise lies within Work Measurement underpinned by a deep understanding of work, organisations and structures and the impact this has on business performance and people. She works across many business sectors with a specific focus on retail and financial services.
Ms. Whitaker has worked with clients to support them in understanding their organisation structure and the impact this has on succession planning, organisational efficiency and issues such as compression and talent management. Following on from this work, she has improved clarity and commitment within these organisations through the implementation of integrated HR programmes.
Ms. Whitaker rolled out a change programme across Europe and the Middle East on integrated HR solutions, underpinned by work measurement.
She led on the design and implementation of a global assessment programme for a leading Cement organisation with over 80,000 employees.
Designed, led and implemented a global job family model for a leading bank, resulting in increased engagement across the business.
Designed, led and implemented a Job profile and RACI analysis for Executives within a well know Insurance firm to enable them to meet new regulatory requirements.
Part of the core team working with Lloyds Banking Group on the implementation of a Job Family Framework which contributed to them winning the HR Excellence award in 2013.
Ms. Whitaker was a key speaker at Hay Group International Conference (ICM) in Berlin in 2012 on integrated HR solutions.
Ms. Whitaker holds a Bachelor degree in Music from the University of Leeds. In her spare time she runs the Cheltenham Community choir with c.80 members.
