Bhavna Ramchandani

Bhavna helps clients bring rigor and clarity to critical leadership decisions that shape organizational performance and long-term success. Her work focuses on CEO and executive succession, senior leadership assessment, and leadership development, helping organizations strengthen leadership pipelines, assess readiness for critical roles, and align talent strategy with business priorities. Known for her analytical rigor and ability to synthesize multiple sources of data, she helps clients cut through complexity and translate leadership insights into meaningful action.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Bhavna held a talent advisory role at a global management consulting firm, partnering with practice leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, team performance, and colleague experience. She coached senior leaders and facilitated leadership team discussions to drive engagement and performance.

Before that, Bhavna spent more than eight years with a boutique leadership advisory firm. There, she led assessment, coaching, and organizational consulting engagements for senior executives across industries.

Bhavna holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology from the National University of Singapore. She has completed professional coach training through the Co-Active Training Institute and brings a developmental coaching perspective to her work with senior leaders.
