At Korn Ferry, she assesses and coaches talent and consults and facilitates across a broad set of solution areas. Binwa works within a wide array of industries to advance client talent agenda to drive better business outcomes.
Drawing on her practitioner and cross-industry experience, Binwa partners with clients to design and deploy their talent strategy to build a sustainable pipeline for the organization. She implements targeted assessment and development solutions both at the individual and systemic level to accelerate readiness of key talent and develop NextGen leaders.
Binwa leverages assessment tools and integrates various data points to draw deep insights that inform talent decisions regarding selection, development, and succession for c-suite and senior executive roles.
Binwa engages with leaders 1:1 through insightful interpretation of assessment results and co-creates actionable development plans. She coaches leaders to realize their fullest potential in alignment with their identified coaching goals to improve their leadership effectiveness.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Binwa worked in matrix and complex work environments at ADP, PepsiCo, Ingersoll Rand, and Johnson & Johnson. Her role encompassed partnering with c-suite leaders and their executive teams to assess and develop high potential talent.
Binwa managed talent in over 20 countries across North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. She co-presented her research on Building Cross-Cultural Competence in Global Leaders at several conferences, including the First International Columbia Coaching Conference.
Binwa has an MBA from India and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the US. She completed a graduate-level certification in Organizational and Executive Coaching at Columbia University and a development program in Organization and Systems Development at the Gestalt Center. She is an ICF certified coach (ACC).
