She has a unique approach of dissecting the nuances that set each and every search apart, while also recognizing the transferrable skills and processes across diverse sectors. Blair has developed an expertise in industrial manufacturing, partnering with clients ranging from the automotive industry to defense, aerospace, medical device, automation, robotics, consumer products, and high-precision manufacturing.

Blair holds a B.A. from Michigan State University. Prior to entering the world of Executive Recruitment, Blair began her career in the hospitality industry. She has had the privilege of living and working in all corners of the world- from Australia to the British Virgin Islands. Her interest in learning about, and working with, diverse cultures, stems from hosting more than 12 exchange students with her family growing up.

Blair has been able to seamlessly translate her global experience into her recruiting style, breaking down barriers and collaborating with diverse talent. She has helped educate clients and place many candidates on various types of work visas- working hand-in-hand with immigration lawyers and candidates through the entire process. In her role, Blair sees herself as an extension of her client’s HR & talent acquisition team, and takes pride and ownership in her work.
