With 25 years of experience working in the public sector and in professional services firms, Ms. Labastida has the ability to have strategic conversations with HR, Finance and Business leaders to help shape the Human Capital agenda and align with the business strategy.
Ms. Labastida has extensive experience in: Performance Alignment, Culture Transformation, Measuring and managing Engagement, Reward Strategies, Benefit design and implementation, Mergers and Acquisitions and Integrated Wellness programs.
Ms. Labastida holds a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Sciences from the Instituto Tecnólogico Autónomo de Mexico (ITAM). She has additional studies on Risk Management and Corporate Finances She is fluent in Spanish and English and has an intermediate level in French. She has been a Statistics professor at ITAM.
