Bo recently joined Korn Ferry as the Managing Director for Sub-Saharan Africa, based in Johannesburg, South Africa.

He is a seasoned business advisor with extensive experience in senior and executive roles across both the private and public sectors. Bo’s passions lie in Human Capital Advancement, Organisation Strategy and Structure Design.

With over 20 years of consulting experience in business advisory services, he was part of the leadership team that launched South Africa’s first public sector Shared Services Centre. 

Bo has successfully delivered major Strategy, Organisation Design, Business Process, and Performance Management projects across multiple industries — including Water Utilities, Government Departments, State-Owned Entities, Higher Education, and Technology.
