In his previous roles, Brady worked in-house across Talent Management, Learning and Leadership portfolios to consolidate and simplify tools, structures and processes needed to uplift performance and drive talent acceleration.
Prior to joining the firm Brady held various positions with ING Bank (Multinational), Westpac Banking Group & Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
He has a Master of Educational Psychology from the University of Sydney, a Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Newcastle and a Bachelor of Arts (Major – Psychology) from the University of Newcastle.
