Brett Kirschner is a Senior Consultant within the Korn Ferry Advisory Practice. He specializes in assessment and analysis of top leaders, competency modelling, and top-team performance.

Brett has a proven track record of delivering high-volume, high-touch assessments to leaders in the Pharma and Tech space. His work also includes developing enterprise-wide competency modeling and success profile design.

Brett began his career in business development and sales, before ultimately finding an interest in in-house recruiter for 4 years. He has deep expertise in talent development, cross-team project management, team design, delegation, along with stakeholder and people management.

He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Leadership Studies from the Ohio State University in 2016.
