Brian Menard

He is known for combining a human-centered approach with a strong focus on organizational priorities, helping leaders turn assessment insights into practical actions that drive individual growth and organizational performance.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Brian held talent management and leadership development roles within a global Fortune 500 manufacturing organization. Partnering with senior leaders and HR teams, he designed and delivered enterprise leadership development initiatives, high-potential talent programs, coaching engagements, and assessment-based development experiences.

Throughout his career, Brian has supported leadership development efforts reaching thousands of leaders globally, helping organizations strengthen leadership pipelines and accelerate leader readiness. He has more than 300 hours of professional coaching experience and has supported leaders through organizational change, career transitions, and performance challenges.

Brian credits his experience as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Nairobi, Kenya with providing early-career exposure to international business environments, intercultural leadership, and cross-cultural collaboration. These experiences continue to inform his global perspective and approach to leadership consulting. He is fluent in English and Haitian Creole and speaks conversational Spanish.

Outside of work, Brian enjoys staying active through running, recreational sports, and fitness. He is an avid reader and is continually pursuing personal growth, including studying Spanish and exploring new cultures through travel, food, and history.

Brian graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and from The Ohio State University with a master’s degree in education. He is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaches Federation (ICF).
